The rule

Fifteen minutes. Full intent. No phone between sets. Density beats duration when your calendar is a war zone.

The circuit (repeat 3–4 rounds)

• Goblet squats — 8–10

• Push-ups or dumbbell floor press — 8–12

• Pull-ups or band rows — max quality reps

• Hip hinge (RDL) — 8–10

• Optional: 30-second plank or farmer carry

Rest 45–60 seconds between rounds. Done before the coffee cools.

Tools that earn their footprint

Adjustable dumbbells replace a full rack. A doorway bar owns vertical pulling. Bands travel. A smart scale keeps the cut honest. Everything else is optional theater.
